Construction Update – May 16, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A
▪ Completed removing steel from the courtyard area
▪ Continued framing interior walls on 2nd floor
▪ Continued hauling away debris from demolition
▪ Continued exterior courtyard framing
▪ Began concrete demo on first floor
▪ Began DWV piping installation

Building B
▪ Continued footings in the north wing
▪ Continued masonry foundation walls in north wing & stair D
▪ Continued underground plumbing in north and west wings
▪ Continued underground electrical feeder conduits
▪ Began wood framing in the east wing
