Construction Update – June 27, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

  • Began duct installation on 2nd floor
  • Began window framing on 3rd floor
  • Continued DWV piping and duct installation on 3rd floor
  • Continued saw cutting for underground MEP
  • Continued underground plumbing on 1st floor
  • Completed skylight openings infill framing and decking
  • Completed setting the doghouse manhole in the street

Building B:

  • Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4 and stair tower C
  • Continued plumbing rough ins on 1st and 2nd floor of east wing
  • Continued wood framing on 4th floor in east wing
  • Completed installation of conduit from transformer to building B
  • Completed porch piers in units 102 and 104 and footings for porches in units 107, 108, 110, 112, 114 and 117
