Construction Update – August 10, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began structural steel installation in pool area
▪ Began ceiling framing installation on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued exterior sheathing replacement on north elevation
▪ Continued underground plumbing in kitchen area
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floors
▪ Completed canopy CMU foundation walls

Building B:

▪ Began installation of drywall lid on east wing
▪ Began wood stair and landing installation of stair D
▪ Continued window installation on east wing
▪ Continued batt insulation installation on east wing
▪ Continued 2ⁿᵈ & 3ʳᵈ floor wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4
▪ Continued plumbing rough ins on east and north wings
▪ Completed slab on grade pour on units 220 and 221 on west wing
