Construction Update – August 16, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began spray foam and exterior sheathing in courtyard
▪ Continued ceiling framing installation on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued underground plumbing in kitchen area
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floors
▪ Continued 1ˢᵗ floor units concrete slab on grade infills
▪ Completed exterior sheathing replacement on outer perimeter
▪ Completed support beam installation per RFI 047
▪ Completed structural steel and decking installation in pool area

Building B:

▪ Continued batt insulation and drywall lid installation on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work
▪ Completed wood stair and landing installation of stair D
▪ Completed window installation on east wing
