Construction Update – August 25, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed demo of cross bracing on 2ⁿᵈ & 3ʳᵈ per RFI 47
▪ Completed gypcrete pour in 302N
▪ Completed underground plumbing in kitchen area
▪ Continued exterior sheathing in courtyard
▪ Continued ceiling framing on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-ins on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floors
▪ Continued CMU walls at pool area
▪ Began installing pocket door frames

Building B:

▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued CMU walls in stair C
▪ Continued MEP rough-ins
▪ Began batt insulation on 1ˢᵗ floor East
▪ Began drywall lid on 3ʳᵈ floor East
▪ Began flashing in windows on East wing
▪ Began installing pocket door frames
