Construction Update – August 4, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began fireproofing new steel on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Began underground plumbing in kitchen area
▪ Began steel framing and decking infills at existing openings
▪ Began 1ˢᵗ floor units concrete slab on grade infills
▪ Continued exterior sheathing replacement on south elevation
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floors
▪ Continued courtyard exterior framing

Building B:

▪ Began windows installation on east wing
▪ Began batt insulation installation on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wing
▪ Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4
▪ Continued air barrier installation on exterior walls of east wing
▪ Continued plumbing rough ins on east and north wing
▪ Completed underground plumbing for units 220 and 221
