Construction Update – February 13, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Began priming in 1ˢᵗ floor units
▪ Continued EIFS replacement on the east elevation
▪ Continued balcony framing & composite decking
▪ Continued brick veneer and fiber cement in the courtyard
▪ Continued ceramic tile installation on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued unit kitchen casework on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued trim on 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Continued finishing the drywall in 1ˢᵗ floor units
▪ Continued MEP rough in amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Completed prime and first coat 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Completed slab on grade pool area pour

Building B

▪ Began plumbing finishes & glass shower doors on 4E
▪ Began kitchen backsplash tile on 4E
▪ Began wood trim in 4W units
▪ Began priming on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued stone veneer installation in the courtyard
▪ Continued ceramic tile on 4E & 3E
▪ Continued installing unit casework 3E
▪ Continued finishing drywall 2N & 2W units
▪ Continued above-ceiling rough in the first floor
▪ Completed priming and first coat 4N units
▪ Completed wood trim in 4N units
▪ Completed gypcrete in remaining 2W units
▪ Completed permanent power to Building B Electric Room

Site

▪ Prepped carport footings in the south parking area
