Construction Update – February 2, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Began unit kitchen casework 3E
▪ Began pool mechanical pool CMU
▪ Began trim on 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Began prime and first coat 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Began drywall finishing in 1ˢᵗ floor amenity spaces
▪ Began finish coat of EIFS on south and west elevations
▪ Began electric box out in commercial kitchen area
▪ Continued finishing the drywall in 1ˢᵗ floor units
▪ Continued balcony framing & composite deck
▪ Continued brick veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued MEP rough in amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Completed porte cochere glulam beams and decking
▪ Completed paint and floor sealer in mechanical closets
▪ Completed trim on 3W
▪ Completed remaining areas of gypcrete on 3ʳᵈ floor

Building B

▪ Began to trim in 4N units
▪ Continued ceramic tile on 4E & 3E
▪ Continued hanging drywall 2N & 2W
▪ Continued installing unit casework 3E
▪ Completed gypcrete pour on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued finishing drywall on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued above ceiling rough in 1E
▪ Continued MEP rough-ins 1N & 1W
▪ Continued stone veneer installation in the courtyard
▪ Continued fiber cement on North and West elevations
▪ Complete EIFS aside from the pool area
▪ Complete interior unit prehung doors on 4N & 4W
▪ Completed wood trim installation on 2E
▪ Completed 2E casework delivery
