Construction Update – January 16, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Began first finish coat of paint 3E units
▪ Began grease duct in the commercial kitchen
▪ Began blue duct for pool
▪ Continued exterior perimeter window replacement work
▪ Continued balcony framing & composite deck
▪ Continued brick veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued wood trim installation on 3ʳᵈ floor units
▪ Continued installing prehung doors on 2ⁿᵈ floor
▪ Continued framing amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued hanging fan coil duct on 1ˢᵗ Floor
▪ Completed scratch coat EIFS southwest corner
▪ Continued plumbing rough in, in the commercial kitchen
▪ Complete drywall finishing on 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Completed loading dock stairs

Building B

▪ Began taping drywall 4N & 4W
▪ Began gypcrete 4N & 4W
▪ Began prime and first coat 3E
▪ Began hanging drywall 3N & 3W
▪ Continued sprinkler rough-in on 2N & 2W
▪ Continued stone veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued EIFS, fiber cement on North and West elevations
▪ Continued installing prehung doors
▪ Continued HVAC & electrical rough in on 2N & 2W
▪ Continued wood trim installation on 2E
▪ Completed sound mat 4N & 4W
▪ Completed MEP ceiling devices rough in on 3N & 3W
▪ Completed ceiling framing on 2N & 2W
▪ Completed amphitheater retaining wall
