Construction Update – January 23, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Began stone backfill at the pool area
▪ Continued first finish coat of paint 3E units
▪ Continued exterior perimeter window replacement work
▪ Continued balcony framing & composite deck
▪ Continued brick veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued wood trim installation on 3ʳᵈ floor units
▪ Continued installing prehung doors on 2ⁿᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough in amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Completed framing amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Completed light test inspection on kitchen grease duct
▪ Completed loading dock stairs pour
▪ Completed chiller & generator pads

Building B

▪ Began hanging drywall 2N & 2W
▪ Began ceiling framing on 1ˢᵗ Floor
▪ Continued stone veneer installation in the courtyard
▪ Continued EIFS, fiber cement on North and West elevations
▪ Continued installing unit casework on 4E & 3E
▪ Continued prime and first coat 3E
▪ Continued wood trim installation on 2E
▪ Continued installing prehung doors
▪ Continued finishing drywall on 4N & 4W
▪ Completed gypcrete pour on 4N & 4W
▪ Completed hanging drywall 3N & 3W
▪ Completed MEP rough-in work on 2N & 2W
