Construction Update – January 6, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Began prime and paint 2E
▪ Began hanging drywall in 1ˢᵗ floor units
▪ Continued EIFS installation on the outside perimeter
▪ Continued exterior perimeter window replacement work
▪ Continued balcony framing
▪ Continued brick veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued wood trim installation on 3ʳᵈ floor units
▪ Continued finishing drywall on 2ⁿᵈ Floor
▪ Continued installing prehung doors on 2ⁿᵈ floor
▪ Continued layout and framing of amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued installing commercial kitchen hoods
▪ Continued hanging fan coil duct on 1ˢᵗ Floor
▪ Continued pulling feeder wires
▪ Completed sprinkler rough-in work on 1ˢᵗ Floor units

Building B

▪ Began ceiling framing on 2N & 2W
▪ Began sprinkler rough in on 2N & 2W
▪ Continued amphitheater retaining wall
▪ Continued balcony door install
▪ Continued stone veneer installation on the East wing
▪ Continued EIFS, fiber cement on North and West elevations
▪ Continued finishing drywall 2E
▪ Continued installing prehung doors on 2E
▪ Continued sprinkler rough-in on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued MEP ceiling devices rough in on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued HVAC & electrical rough-in work on 2N & 2W
▪ Completed 3N & 3W interior wall insulation
▪ Completed sprinkler rough-in on 3N & 3W
▪ Completed fire lid on 1N & 1W
