Construction Update – July 12, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began concrete infills on skylight openings
▪ Began pub steel framing
▪ Began site retaining walls outside of building A
▪ Continued DWV piping and duct installation on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued underground plumbing on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued courtyard framing on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Completed EIFS removal on south elevation

Building B:

▪ Began wood framing on west wing
▪ Began spray foam insulation on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north wing
▪ Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4 and stair tower C
▪ Continued air barrier installation on exterior walls in east wing
▪ Continued plumbing rough ins on east wing
