Construction Update – July 17, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began exterior sheathing replacement on east elevation
▪ Began entrance vestibule and porte cochere foundations
▪ Continued site retaining walls outside of building A
▪ Continued underground plumbing on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 2ⁿᵈ and 3ʳᵈ floors
▪ Continued courtyard exterior framing
▪ Completed EIFS removal on east and north elevations
▪ Completed pub steel framing and roof decking

Building B:

▪ Began roof vapor barrier for dry-in on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued CMU walls in elevator #3 and #4 and stair tower C
▪ Continued air barrier installation on exterior walls in east wing
▪ Continued plumbing rough ins on east wing
▪ Completed spray foam insulation on east wing
