Construction Update – June 6, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

  • Began excavating and prepping courtyard footings
  • Began framing interior walls in apartments on 2nd floor
  • Continued framing interior walls in apartments on 3rd floor
  • Continued exterior courtyard framing
  • Continued DWV piping installation
  • Continued hanging duct on 3rd floor

Building B:

  • Began installation of grease pit
  • Continued wood framing on 3rd floor in east wing
  • Continued masonry walls in stair D and elevator #4
  • Completed underground plumbing in west wing
  • Completed slab on grade pour in north wing
  • Completed underground electrical work
