Construction Update – March 14, 2023

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A
▪ Began MEP rough in pool
▪ Began exterior storefronts in the courtyard
▪ Began ceramic wall tile install on 2nd floor
▪Continued fire pump installation
▪ Continued exterior perimeter EIFS replacement work
▪ Continued fiber cement installation in the courtyard
▪ Continued cleaning brick veneer in the courtyard
▪ Continued patio door brick infills
▪ Continued ceramic tile installation on 3rd floor
▪ Continued elevator retrofit work
▪ Continued installing patio doors around the exterior perimeter
▪ Completed wood trim 1st floor units
▪ Continued MEP rough-in amenity spaces on 1st floor
▪ Completed ceramic tile flooring in 2E units
▪ Completed EIFS in the courtyard
▪ Continued unit furnaces on the 3rd floor
▪ Completed setting condensing units on the roof

Building B
▪ Began carpet flooring in 4E units
▪ Began MEP finishes in 4N & 4W units
▪ Began ceramic tile on 3N & 3W
▪ Began wood trim in 2N & 2W units
▪ Began setting condensing units on the roof
▪ Continued unit casework on 4N & 4W
▪ Continued 1ˢᵗ coat paint on 2N & 2W
▪ Continued installing gutters at the roof level
▪ Continued stone veneer on the west wing
▪ Completed LVT flooring in 4E units
▪ Completed ceramic tile on 4N & 4W
▪ Completed wood trim in 3N & 3W units

Site
▪ Completed bollard footings by porte cochere & loading dock
