Construction Update – May 10, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A
▪ Completed footings and piers at pool area
▪ Completed core drilling plumbing floor penetrations on 3rd floor
▪ Continued removing steel from the courtyard area
▪ Continued framing interior walls on 2nd floor
▪ Continued hauling away debris from demolition
▪ Began exterior courtyard framing on 3rd floor

Building B
▪ Completed waterproofing and concrete pour for elevator 4 pit
▪ Continued footings in the north wing
▪ Continued masonry foundation walls
▪ Continued masonry walls at stair tower D
▪ Continued underground plumbing in North wing
