Construction Update – November 15, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed sprinkler rough-in in 2W
▪ Continued air barrier in the courtyard
▪ Continued finishing & sanding drywall on the 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work
▪ Continued mechanical room demo on 1ˢᵗ floor – cutting and trenching for electrical work
▪ Continued Silldry window flashing at the outer perimeter
▪ Began hanging drywall on 2ⁿᵈ floor
▪ Began framing amenity space on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Began window installation on the outer perimeter

Building B:

▪ Completed above-ceiling insulation 2N & 2W
▪ Continued exterior fiber cement and EIFS installation
▪ Continued balcony timber framing and decking
▪ Continued finishing & sanding drywall ceilings on 4E
▪ Completed in-wall insulation on 1E
▪ Continued drying and remedial work from water infiltration event
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 4N & 4W
▪ Began installing door frames on the north and west
▪ Began hanging fire lid on 3N & 3W
