Construction Update – November 2, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed porte cochere steel
▪ Continued hanging drywall on 3ʳᵈ floor & began taping
▪ Completed in wall MEP rough-ins on 2ⁿᵈ floor
▪ Continued window flashing on the outer perimeter & began installing windows
▪ Continued mechanical room demo
▪ Continued framing on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Began installing the Paddock pool gutter

Building B:

▪ Completed waste & vent piping on the west wing
▪ Completed moisture testing and remediation on 4N & 4W
▪ Completed demo from East wing water infiltration & began rework
▪ Completed balcony pier replacement work
▪ Completed ceiling grid MEP rough-ins on 4E
▪ Continued fiber cement and EIFS installation
▪ Continued MEP rough in’s on 1E
▪ Continued balcony timber framing in the courtyard
▪ Completed hanging drywall on 2E walls
▪ Began hanging & taping fire lid 4N
▪ Began insulation on 3N & 3W
