Construction Update – November 21, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Work Accomplished This Week:

Building A

▪ Completed gypcrete in 3E units, all unit mechanical rooms and
remaining shower areas
▪ Completed hanging drywall on 2ⁿᵈ floor units
▪ Completed lifting condensing units onto the roof
▪ Completed air barrier in the courtyard
▪ Continued window installation on the outer perimeter
▪ Continued finishing & sanding drywall on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued framing ceilings & amenity spaces on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued mechanical room trenching and underground work
▪ Continued rebar installation and pouring balcony piers
▪ Continued pool area underground work
▪ Began installing prehung doors in units on 3ʳᵈ floor

Building B

▪ Completed gypcrete in 4E units and remaining shower and
mechanical rooms
▪ Completed lifting condensing units onto the roof
▪ Completed hanging and taping fire lid on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued exterior fiber cement and EIFS installation
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 4N & 4W
▪ Continued balcony decking
▪ Continued drying and remedial work from water infiltration event
▪ Began installing prehung doors in units on 4E
▪ Began hanging and finishing ceilings on 3E
▪ Began hanging drywall walls on 1E
▪ Began removal of Quality’s aerial crane
