Construction Update – November 7, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed window installation in the courtyard
▪ Completed installing the pool gutter system
▪ Continued courtyard air barrier installation
▪ Continued finishing drywall on the 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued mechanical room demo on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Began Silldry window flashing at the outer perimeter

Building B:

▪ Completed hanging & taping fire lid 4N & 4W
▪ Completed insulation on 3N & 3W
▪ Continued exterior fiber cement and EIFS installation
▪ Continued balcony timber framing and decking in the courtyard
▪ Continued finishing drywall ceilings on 4E
▪ Continued in-wall insulation on 1E
▪ Continued drying and remedial work from water infiltration event
▪ Began MEP rough-in work on 4N & 4W
▪ Began hanging drywall on 1E
▪ Began setting roof curbs
