Construction Update – October 14, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Started hanging drywall on East wing of floor 3
▪ Started finishing drywall in Unit 302N
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on floors 1-2
▪ Continued pool and spa work
▪ Continued window flashing on outside perimeter
▪ Continued mechanical room demo

Building B:

▪ Start fiber cement and continue EIFS work
▪ Continue hanging and finishing drywall on 4E and 3E
▪ Continue MEP rough-ins on East and plumbing risers on West
▪ Complete balance of EPDM roofing
▪ Complete spray foam insulation on North & West wings
▪ Complete window installation on North & West wings
