Construction Update – October 24, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed base paving in the west parking area
▪ Completed shotcrete in spa and pool
▪ Continued hanging drywall on 3E
▪ Continued in-wall MEP rough-ins on floors 1-2
▪ Continued window flashing on outside perimeter
▪ Continued mechanical room demo
▪ Continued framing on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Began bridge framing

Building B:

▪ Completed stair ‘C’ installation
▪ Continued plumbing rough in on North & West
▪ Continued demo from water infiltration
▪ Continued fiber cement and EIFS installation
▪ Began moisture testing and remediation on 4N & 4W
▪ Began MEP rough in’s on 1E
▪ Began balcony pier replacement work
▪ Began ceiling grid MEP rough-ins on 4E & 3E
▪ Began sprinkler rough in 2E
▪ Began hanging drywall on 2E walls
