Construction Update – September 1, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Began batt insulation on exterior walls
▪ Continued ceiling framing on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued sprinkler rough-in work on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on floors 1-3
▪ Completed roof drain installation
▪ Continued exterior sheathing in courtyard
▪ Completed pub and 1ˢᵗ floor bathroom slab on grade
▪ Completed fireproofing 3ʳᵈ floor new steel

Building B:

▪ Began EIFS installation on east wing
▪ Began drywall lid framing installation on 1ˢᵗ floor
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work
▪ Completed intumescent paint installation in game room
