Construction Update – September 16, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Continue window removal
▪ Begin site electric underground
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on floors 1-3
▪ Continued exterior sheathing in courtyard
▪ Continued air barrier
▪ Complete pool connector pour

Building B:

▪ Continued EIFS installation on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on east wing
▪ Continued CMU on elevator shafts
▪ Begin sprinkler rough-in on 4E
▪ Continue inwall insulation on 3E
▪ Complete balcony doors on 4E
