Construction Update – September 7, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

Building A:

▪ Completed slab pour in kitchen area
▪ Completed sprinkler rough-in on 3ʳᵈ floor
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on floors 1-3
▪ Continued exterior sheathing in courtyard
▪ Continued air barrier around exterior
▪ Began air barrier in courtyard

Building B:

▪ Continued EIFS installation on east wing
▪ Continued wood framing on north and west wings
▪ Continued MEP rough-in work on east wing
▪ Continued CMU on elevator shafts
▪ Continued fire lid on 2E
▪ Began batt insulation in walls on 4E
