Demolition Update – April 12, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

  • Continued selective demolition on 1st Floor of Building A
  • Continued courtyard demolition at Floors 2 & 3
  • Continued framing walls and topping out 3rd Floor of Building A
  • Began wall layout and framing on 2nd Floor of Building A
  • Continued storm piping and structure install on site
  • Continued footings at Building B
  • Continued hauling away debris from demolition
  • Continued masonry foundation walls at East end of Building B
  • Continued underground sanitary at the East end of Building B
