Demolition Update – March 21, 2022

Over the last week, Wohlsen Construction has been working on the following projects at Chestnut Ridge at Rodale:

  • Continued demolition on 2nd and 1st floors of Building A
  • Continued courtyard demolition at roof level
  • Continued wall layout on 3rd floor of Building A
  • Began framing walls on 3rd floor of Building A
  • Completed grading the East building pad of Building B
  • Continued storm piping & structure install at Building B
  • Continued footings at the East side of Building B
  • Continued crushing concrete from the Bunker building
  • Cut & capped water line along 10th St & filled with flowable fill
