Brandy Drago, Sales Advisor
Brandy was born and raised in Berks County, PA. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and worked closely with her students to focus on their needs and create a curriculum unique to their learning styles and abilities. Brandy quickly transferred this unique skillset into her new role when joining the Chestnut Ridge sales team.
Brandy joined Phoebe in 2019 as a Sales Associate and was promoted to Sales Advisor for Chestnut Ridge in 2020. Brandy’s most significant accomplishments include being part of a two-person sales team, cultivating leads, and creating lasting relationships with everyone she meets!
Brandy prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and patience. She aims to make everyone who steps in the door comfortable and at ease with becoming a Chestnut Ridge resident.
Brandy has been married to her husband for 16 years, and together they have two sons and two crazy cats. Brandy enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, bike riding, volunteering at her church, and watching her youngest son play baseball.
Katie Erdman, Regional Sales Manager
Katie Erdman is the Regional Sales Manager for Phoebe Ministries. Katie leads the sales department and oversees all sales activities for Phoebe’s independent living, personal care, and memory support communities. In addition to developing sales strategies and tactics, training team members, and tracking results, Katie is passionate about teaching her team the fundamentals of building solid relationships and thoughtful follow-up. She truly believes that prospects make their buying decision based on the relationship built with the team and their experience walking community halls, meeting residents, and feeling the energy at the communities they visit.
Katie brings over 20+ years of successful consultative sales experience, of which 11 have been exclusive to senior living sales.
Katie has an acute understanding of our seniors’ needs and the challenges they may face as they age.
Katie is an active member of the Lehigh Valley Aging in Place and the Berks Elderly networking group.
