On February 14, Phoebe welcomed the first Chestnut Ridge residents as they moved into their new homes! Common areas are already filled with activity as residents are enjoying the many amenities including bistro, pub, fitness center, and indoor pool.

We can’t wait to continue welcoming more Phoebe residents in the coming months!
